The Metro Employees Historic Vehicle Association-MEHVA is making its return at the

50th Anniversary Celebration of Metro Transit

The Museum of History and Industry-MOHAI

On display will be MEHVA coach 1455 and memorabilia from Metro Transit's history including:

Coach 1455
1979 MAN/AM General 60' articulated diesel

The first articulated coach order for Seattle, and among the first articulated coaches ordered in North America.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to staffing shortages within Metro Transit Vehicle Maintenance, there is insufficient resources to fully inspect historic coaches prior to this event. NO MEHVA SHUTTLE SERVICE will be provided.

The Metro Employees Historic Vehicle Association - MEHVA is a non-profit, tax exempt all volunteer group dedicated to the preservation of Seattle and King County's transit heritage through the restoration and operation of vintage transit vehicles as a working, living museum demonstrating the importance of public transportation in the region.
